លៀស fresh water clam

Aha! We eat fresh water clams. After getting them out of the water and cleaning them, it's mixed with spicy chilly sauce. It's great. You just have to split them apart then eat it with other sauces and it's great! It is sold in cans, with people either walking and carrying the tray or pushed in a cart. Each can costs about 2000 Riel which equals to 50 cents. 

អំបិលម្ទេស - Spicy Salt 

We make the best spicy salt. Just a little something to dip sour fruits in. It is the greatest, hottest most amazing thing ever. It gives a little something extra to the fruits you're eating. Sour mango is the greatest fit.

All you have to do is crushed them together until it's well mixed and there's the most amazing spicy salt ever. 

បាយឆា fried rice

The typical and clssical fried rice made with egg and Khmer sausage. This is the most common fried rice and with teh simplest and easiest to find ingredient. The saussage gave it a Khmer signature. This is usually made or and eaten with soysauce. Most people likes their rice spicy and some even add lemon on it, it just depends on the way they like to taste. 

ឆាត្រកួ​ន-fried morning glory

Fried morning glory is also made simply with the easiest ingredient. This is fried morning glory with oyster sauce. The mix between these two gave a beautiful smell and aferwards giving the vegetable a choppy after taste. It is then decorated with fried garlic to enhance the smell of the dish.

អាពីង TARANTULA 

It is actually one of the most common food found in the province, sold at the side of the street. 

សាសីុវ - CHARSIEU

Charsieu is fried pork. There are different types of meet used to cook this dish. It's pretty much the American bacon but eaten as a main course. This dish is sort of established from the Chinese dish

សាច់ជ្រូកចៀន-fried RIBS

Children's favorite food! Fried ribs is one of the most common food that Khmer people eat. It is the simplest and easiest thing to make. It's simply done by mixing the fresh meat with a few ingredients like soy sauce, salt, sugar, etc.. and is fried for a few minutes then it's good to eat. It can be classed as apetiser as well as main course depending on the situation. 

ទាខ្ចៃ - ROASTED DUCK

Another Khmer food that can be classed as Chiense food as well. This duck is usually eaten for dinner or at wedding ceremonies. Most Khmer people doesn't usually eat duck as their everyday course but usually once in a while. It's braised in soy sauce that gives the duck a sense of sweetness and saltiness. It usually comes with a side cookie that and is eaten with rice. 

ឆាក្ដាមមីសួរ-fried crab noodle

Usually eaten at the beach. This dish is one of the most enjoyable dish to eat at the beach. The crab is cut into pieces and is fried with glass noodle. It doesn't require any sauce but is just eaten the way it is made.
